Ornoth's Fitness Charts

These charts depict Ornoth's level of fitness as measured by Chronic Training Load, and are perpetually updated.

The first chart shows my fitness level since I started tracking it in 2011, with the expected peaks during the summer cycling season, and valleys during the wintertime off-season.

The second chart is a zoomed-in view of my fitness level for a particular calendar year. The grey line is my long-term average CTL over the year, and red dots indicate rides of 100 miles or more.
